Cake and cupcake flavours

All large cakes and celebration cupcakes are available in the following flavours.

Please note:

Floral cupcakes are only available in vanilla with vanilla buttercream.
Celebration cupcakes which are to match a colour scheme will have vanilla buttercream but can be any flavour of sponge and filling.
Mini cupcakes are too small to be filled.

These luxury flavours are available as single tier celebration cakes for an additional charge or as wedding cake flavours, for which they will be incorporated into your quote.

Zesty lemon sponge with elderflower buttercream and optional lemon curd filling

Lemon and raspberry/blueberry

Zesty lemon sponge studded with fresh raspberries or blueberries, filled with lemon buttercream and fruit compote

Lime and coconut

Zesty lime and coconut sponge filled with lime marmalade and coconut buttercream

Coffee and walnut

Coffee sponge studded with walnuts and coffee buttercream

Chocolate mud cake

Rich, dense chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache

Black forest

Light chocolate sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and Morello cherry jam

White chocolate and passionfruit

White chocolate sponge with white chocolate buttercream and passionfruit curd

White chocolate and raspberry

White chocolate sponge studded with raspberries and white chocolate buttercream

Stem ginger and salted caramel

Moist ginger cake studded with pieces of stem ginger and salted caramel buttercream

Carrot cake

Lightly spiced, moist carrot cake studded with walnuts and vanilla buttercream
